Introduction

This 25-day Leadership Skills Executive Diploma develops the knowledge, behaviours and practical skills required to lead people effectively, build high-performing teams and make confident decisions in complex organizational environments.

The program focuses on leadership essentials, emotional intelligence, team leadership and decision-making. Participants will learn how to strengthen their leadership approach, understand human behaviour, motivate teams and apply structured methods to solve challenges and make effective decisions.

Through practical frameworks, leadership models, case studies and applied exercises, participants will develop the ability to improve their leadership effectiveness and create positive impact within their organizations. The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the leadership concepts and tools learned throughout the diploma to analyze a real organizational leadership challenge and develop an improvement plan.
